Avoid this company at all costs, they didn't send my item and then charged me £38 in phone charges to get the item. Nightmare company.
Would never order again from this place.I ordered a photo blanket for someone who was unwell. It took just under a month to deliver the item. Then their delivery driver left it in the bin outside and didn’t inform us of the delivery so was taken away by our bin men the next day. The person has passed away. I requested a refund nearly 2 weeks ago now. Still not heard back. When I call. It can take up to an hour to speak to someone who’s not in the UK, also when you email it can take up to a week for a reply. Poor service.

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE
Absolutely DISGUSTING. They don't even deserve zero stars.
I ordered a NINETY POUND blanket which was sold as 'high quality printing'. What I received was a joke. Photos covered in white marks, and the border varied from 1cm to 2 INCHES. It was wonky, horrific quality and an embarrassment.
I contacted customer services SEVENTEEN times and nobody bothered to respond. I raised a case with Paypal and they ridiculously favoured Printerpix because it wasn't 'faulty'.
An absolute JOKE. DO NOT order off these people.
I love printer pix!!!! I lost my fiance of 8 years in December and his daughter is having our first grandbaby next month and I had the best gift at the shower i had her a photo blanket made one for her and one for the baby.my sister in laws loved the in loving memory pillows as well.thank you for making such beautiful memory keepsakes.....im about to purchase one for my mom for mothers day.thanks again I give ya 20 stars if I could

Kayla was a delight to chat with today and couldn't apologise enough for my inconvenience. The problem lies with the postal company not Printerpix.
After several emails with no real help and a very strange telephone call to the customer service number for Italy, which was answered by a lady who was fluent neither in Italian nor English and who promised me I'd be called back (never happened!), I finally got proper assistance from the online chat with Patricia who resolved my problem quickly and efficiently.
Used printer pix for photo books around 4 times now. This time I had a couple of blank pages within my photo book but a quick online chat with Patricia and I will soon be receiving a new photo book without the error. Great customer service.
After speaking with kayla she helped me sort out my issue quickly and has great customer service skills. Definitely amazing support!
Kayla was so great in helping me figure out my technical difficulties! She was quick and made sure the problem was solved!
